My name is Laura (she/her), and I am an Advisory Innovation Designer at IBM Federal Client Engineering. I co-create with government agencies to help solve their complex challenges by facilitating workshops and conducting user research to drive thoughtful, user-centric solutions. My design career has spanned from UI/UX design, UX research, content strategy, and workshop design.

I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband, Alex, and two cats, Polly and Nachos. However, I frequently find myself on the train to Washington D.C. to support our federal clients. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, listening to records, and reading. I also regularly take dance, pilates, and yoga classes- anything where I can creatively move!
